When you become a OneMind Wellness Hub Provider, you will have the opportunity to receive referrals from iHealthOX for members whose care plans include a service within your area of expertise. As a OneMind Provider, your services will be prioritized over other providers in our network who offer similar services.

Click here to get started! You will be asked to provide detailed information about your business services and or product offerings. iHealthOX will get back to you to approve your membership request. Once approved you will be asked to pay $149.99/year for your membership. The iHealthOX team will then complete the on-boarding process by inputting your business as a service provider.

You will have the opportunity to have your services or products showcased by the Care Team who will help promote these products to iHealthOX members through blogs and videos throughout the year.

At iHealthOX, we believe that giving back to the community is an important part of well-being. We spend time each week educating our iHealthOX members on topics related to their overall health and well-being. We kindly ask all OneMind Wellness Hub Providers to volunteer 3 to 5 hours of their time per year to help educate iHealthOX members on topics related to your areas of expertise. This could be in the form of content creation, live coaching sessions, or more! We are open to your creativity in ways you would like to help us give back to the community, and promote your business!

Although referrals are never promised, all OneMind Wellness Hub Providers will get referral priority over other services providers from a similar field. Our goal is to get you as many referrals as possible. Having said that, you are permitted to let us know at any time if your availability to accept new referrals has changed.

iHealthOX is the virtual destination that empowers members to take better care of their mental and physical well-being to achieve their personal goals.

At iHealthOX, we have a wonderful blended care model, which means that we take a holistic perspective for each person and connect them with all of the health providers and services required for their care. Our Care Coordinators develop an individualized care plan for each member that can include any health and well-being related services and products such as: life or nutrition coaches, primary care, financial resources, fitness supports, mental health supports, kids’ healthcare and much more. Our Care Team works with iHealthOX members for additional support and to ensure they are meeting their goals by connecting members with the appropriate services and supporting them to adhere to their care plans.

As an approved OneMind Wellness Hub Provider you will be given access to the iHealthOX App where you can book same-day primary care doctor appointments (virtually or by phone), chat with our care team, book therapy and access our video, audio, and written resources.

We offer regular training to hone culturally centered care among providers, and case consultations and peer support help providers whose clients face challenging circumstances like systemic racism.
